At any one time, Ross has a number of people that he is coaching one-to-one. As well as really enjoy helping senior finance professionals (CFOs, finance directors, partners) with the big challenges they face, he also supports aspiring individuals who want to learn the skills that can help them make an impact at higher levels in their organisation.
Most of the coaching is face-to-face, though it does work successfully for people at a distance (some as far away as Australia!), using webex sessions, phone conversations and email exchanges.
